Georgian National Council of Radiobiology and Radiation Safety
The Council represents a non-governmental advisory-consulting and informative organization under the Scientific Research Center of Radiobiology and Radiation Ecology of Georgian Ministry of Education and Sciences, which unites the leading specialists from the different departments in the field of nuclear, radiation and electromagnetic safety. It is a legal representative of the Standing Committee on Isotope and Radiation, founded by the Presidium of Georgian Academy of Sciences in 1948, and serves as a component part of the Scientific Research Center of Radiobiology and Radiation Ecology. Members of the Council are introduced below and information on their scientific and public works is available at the relative website, respectively. Any question on radiobiology and radiation safety should be referred to any member of the Council via their personal websites, or to the Council Secretary.
